Scientific Contribution HMS Categories
Healthy Meal Standard categories are developed exclusively on the basis of internationally recognised scientific guidelines and recommendations. Their structure is based on references from relevant institutions and organisations.
HMS does not introduce new dietary models, but systematically integrates existing scientific and regulatory recommendations into clearly defined categories that are applicable in real-world working conditions.
Operational Tool for Implementation
HMS categories serve as an operational tool for introducing the system into an organisation and its nutrition process. Each category defines specific parameters for everyday work.
Each Category = One Healthy Star ★
