Analysis and Assesment
Review of Basic Requirements and Assessment of the Organisation’s Readiness to Enter the HMS System. Our team analyses existing processes, menus and capacities, and proposes the scope of implementation.
Implementation System
Introduction of the HMS System into the Organisation — processes, menus, staff training through the HMS Academy, establishment of documentation and preparation for an independent audit.
Certification — Bureau Veritas
Independent Audit by Bureau Veritas. The certification body verifies the system’s compliance with HMS requirements and, upon successful completion, issues the certificate.
Monitoring and Maintenance
Regular Surveillance Audits and Continuous System Maintenance. The certificate is valid for 3 years, with annual checks that ensure consistent application of the standard.
How Long It Takes certification
The duration depends on the size and complexity of the system, but the process is always adapted to the organisation and its operational conditions.
