On Saturday, 9 December 2023, the HMS Academy was held at Sisak Novi Kindergarten. The topic of the Academy was: Healthy Cakes in Kindergarten, with the focus on increasing the variety of cakes and presenting healthy and interesting cakes that are simple to prepare and applicable in a kindergarten setting. Chef Zoran Delić led the practical part of the workshop.
